Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, it can no longer be canceled. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Used, installed, or modified items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer reasons such as change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to product damage, defect, or incorrect item received, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact customer support first for approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Returned items should include order details and be shipped using a trackable method.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund approval will be processed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If items arrive damaged or incorrect, customers should report the issue within a reasonable time after delivery with supporting photos. Replacement or refund will be provided based on evaluation.
8. Warranty & Support
Selected products may include limited warranty coverage for manufacturing defects. Support may include repair, replacement, or component assistance depending on the issue.
9. Shipping Responsibility Clause
If the return is caused by customer preference or non-product-related reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the return is caused by our error such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the related costs.
