Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-8, Pacific Standard Time – Los Angeles) will be processed on the next business day.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
After processing, orders are shipped from our distribution facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China using reputable carriers such as DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other international delivery services.
- Transit Time: 10–15 business days
- Total Delivery Time (Processing + Transit): 11–18 business days

Delivery Problems or Delays

- Take clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email the photos along with your order number to support@mylamphub.com.
Without photo documentation, we may be unable to issue refunds, replacements, or store credit.
